Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leadership over the 2 project team analysts
  • Provide documentation of current state and standardize the implementation of Adobe
  • Right in the middle of re-thinking their overall implementation strategy going from a leading practice custom tagging in Adobe Analytics to a standardized approach where they intend to tag everything.
  • Feature development philosophy because their dev partners are more or less mature in Adobe the balance is reducing the overall reliance on their resources & get comprehensive tracking in place they understand this is at odds with capturing specifically what you want tied to a business requirement that has be prioritized.
  • This person will have to have a business orientation to understand how those tradeoffs happen and why this makes sense to them
  • First week is jump in and assess how the tracking currently works then have an opinion of strengths & weaknesses
  • Week 2-3 Document and be able to illustrate the From To strategy

o Have a bunch of tactical artifacts

o Have technical leads in place

o Have it mapped out on what they want to do

o Missing the strategy layer or a narrative to take to leadership

  • Then take the strategy and write BRD s and tech. specs on the implementation of feature releases
  • Work with the analysts to write stories and produce insights (Delivery quality oversight)
