Key requirements:

4. Experience as lead on large-scale, enterprise projects, possibly with architectural experience
5. Perform solution/service analysis and formulation of high/mid-level design options and recommendations
6. Self-motivated and self-directed; able to understand what the highest value activities are and pivot as needed
a. Consulting experience a plus
7. Agile experience (or similar focus on Agile principles) strongly preferred
8. Experience delivering enterprise grade services with defined SLAs and proactive monitoring
9. Some DevOps, CI/CD and/or automation experience required

Essential Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2 full life cycle large project implementations
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with business process components, module integration & client facing consulting engagements
- A minimum of 5 years functional experience within an IT environment
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a developing enterprise-grade SOA, web service and/or middleware built to engineering standards emphasizing robustness of solution, reliability, manageability, scalability, and fit for real-world usage (graceful degradation, designed for monitoring, etc.)
- A minimum of 5 years knowledge of designing different processes/solutions for various clients
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of critical thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills including listening and oral and written presentation of ideas.
- Help and Mentor other team members
- Ability to learn on the fly
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, highly-communicative team environment.
- Strong ability to define domain models, service models, service contracts and modeling coarse grained and fine-grained services
- Worked on designing and implementing integration solutions with CRM applications is extremely preferred, especially Salesforce
- Current technology stack - Good to have this experience but not required; having experience with comparable tools and technologies is a plus:
* Mulesoft Anypoint (cloud-hosted solution a plus), TIBCO BW 6.x, TIBCO 5.x, web applications, Java, CI/CD, Bamboo, ReadyAPI, SOA, web service development, DevOps, Kanban, Scrum, Agile (in general), Git, Linux, *nix shell scripting, networking fundamentals
- Nice to have skills: JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Eclipse, Servlets /JSP, MVC architecture, JDBC, .Net
Integration Development:
- Strong design and implementation experience with SOA based systems using a middleware solution, e.g. Mulesoft, BW, EMS, Tibco iProcess, Tibco Designer 5.4, Java, Active Matrix Service Grid; cloud-based solution experience is a plus
- SOA/Web Services design and development experience (REST WSDL, SOAP) and WS-* standards
- Experience with messaging technologies, e.g. TIBCO EMS, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka
- Experience with XML, JSON and data conversion methodologies and technologies
- Experience with common security methods, Oauth a plus
- SQL skills - experience with SQL
- Experience with TCP/IP protocol and synchronous and asynchronous messaging.
- Experience with version control software and the build and deployment of source code
- Experience with automated build and deployment solutions (Jenkins, Maven, Bamboo, bash, etc.)
Software Engineering:
- DevOps experience including:
* Experience implementing CI/CD and process automation,
* Linux/Unix shell scripting
* Current industry automation tool chain experience
- Solid understanding and experience of security concepts and practices, including authentication and authorization using various industry standards
- Experience with networking and storage concepts and practices
