Job Description

JOB DECRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interfacing between business users and the computational team to establish user requirements
  • Develop User Guides and Work Instruction documents (SOPs)
  • Train and support end users
  • Maintain and create workflows
  • Python scripting against the LIMs api
  • Develop/Enhance Django Application
  • Develop/Enhance Django Rest API
  • Develop IQ, OQ, PQ documentation
  • Conduct UAT testing to ensure that the configuration is meeting the business needs, also resolve any bugs identified during the testing phase
  • Integration activities with other in-house systems

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related subject

Technical Requirement:

  • Experience with python
  • Experience with Django
  • Experience working with Git version control
  • Experience with Linux OS
  • Experience with configuration management
  • Experience with relational databases like Postgres

Skill requirement:

  • Ability to write, review and execute IQ, OQ, PQ documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Understanding of molecular biology and experience with molecular techniques including PCR and NGS a plus
