Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain Data Warehouse by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources to build scripts for complex data manipulation, cleansing, and querying through SQL;
  • Create and manage ad hoc analysis and scalable reporting/dashboards that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight areas of improvement, and influence strategy to serve business objectives via hands-on data exploration and statistical analysis;
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders including Executive Leadership, Ticketing Sales & Service, Partnerships, and Marketing to identify critical questions that lead to actionable insights and business growth;
  • Solve challenging business problems creatively, efficiently, and independently, especially when faced with time and operational constraints or ambiguity;
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed and/or multi-location organization with several points of contact;
  • A strong ability to simplify complex information.
