Responsibilities:
* Lead the design of integrations from point to point systems as well as holistic interchange services (R-Hub) rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information - 25%
* Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management and Financial functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors - 25%
* Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding - 20%
* Oversee integration delivery - 10%
* Manage integration development process (may require interaction with global resources across multiple geographic locations) - 10%
* Deliver requirements and design documents to developers - 5%
* Ensures timelines and quality of integration is met - 5%

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10 years or more experience within an IT and/or business environment in positions of progressing responsibility Required
* 6 years or more experience in programming using ERP tools such as SQL, ORACLE, SAP, and reporting tools Required
* 6 years or more Workday Systems implementation experience for HR and/or Financials Preferred
* Experience in Workday Development - Report Writer, EIB, Workday Studio, Calculated Fields, XLST, Connectors, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET or other integration technologies Required
* Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead a team to success Required
* Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation abilities Required
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, manage in a matrixed organization, manage priorities and meet deadlines Required
* Ability to do programming debugging, data analysis and system analysis Required
* Prior experience in cloud and SaaS implementations; including legacy system integrations with custom solutions - Specifically experience implementing Workday Solutions Required
* Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills Required
* A team player attitude, who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers Required
* Ability to deal with the stress related to escalation impact and resolution time frames and conflicting/competing priorities Required
* Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and fun team environment Required
* Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Intermediate
