Job Description

General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • ERP system customization using recognized best practices is required
  • Proven success in ERP implementations, upgrades, maintenance and/or support is required
  • Knowledge of business process flows in an ERP system is required
  • Full life cycle development with an emphasis on incremental, iterative development and deployment is required
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP system configuration and security is required
  • Advanced knowledge of system development tools and languages is required
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and negotiation skills. Reviews, edits and offers suggestions to others on appropriate oral and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills required
