Knowledge and Skills:
Hands on Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and configuration experience
Experience in Google Analytics
Experience in Digital marketing, Email Campaigning, Sitecore CMS, Event Registration solutions, etc.
Proficient knowledge of web technologies, web architectures, and web administration
Proven ability to create and adapt content for a variety of digital channels, including social media
Strong understanding of content marketing principles
Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated experience learning new technologies quickly
Experience with search engine optimization (SEO)
Strong oral and written communication skills as well as strong customer service skills with internal stakeholders
