Job Description:
• Take ownership of network/telecom architecture, design, implementation, and be main contact person for ISP communications.
• Install, configure, and performance tune network switches, routers and firewalls as needed.
• Assist with Voice over IP implementation and support.
• Maintain and promote department policies/procedures and inter- process communications Provide support for production network environments and work to ensure that all required services are being met Protect corporate data assets and intellectual property through solid data security practices.
• Insure backup of network and security devices and procedures and documentation of network changes.
• Perform telecom adds, moves, and changes for all telecom systems.
• Consult with individuals at all levels in the IT and serve as a project technology lead or functional specialist as required.
