Job Description:

Provides technical systems and software analysis for development and maintenance of Trading and Order Management systems.

Works under general direction on complex projects to translate business needs into features and stories that can be implemented by the technical teams.

Serves as a trusted partner to solve problems and drive timely and efficient delivery of initiatives.

The candidate must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams, innovate and provide client focused solutions.
  • Responsibilities include leading meetings to gather business requirements, identify cross-team dependencies and troubleshoot issues related to the project
  • Facilitates writing features and stories and breaks them down into development tasks
  • Develops use cases and provides feedback on test plans and scripts
  • Test solutions and validates that they meet business needs
  • Coordinates communication with operations, technology and business stakeholders.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and lead efforts to communicate and implement them
