Job Description

Job Overview

  • Provide 1st tier support for the IS Vendor Application Platform team
    • Monitor team inbox daily
    • Monitor team Request Tracker requests daily
    • Troubleshooting as needed
  • Typical PeopleSoft support tasksExecute test plans for Enterprise testing efforts [procedural]
    • PeopleSoft Online Project Promotions [procedural]
    • PeopleSoft Data Mover processing [procedural]
    • PeopleSoft Batch file promotions running automated scripts [procedural]
    • Workforce Management (WFM) Promotions [procedural]
    • Troubleshooting / Research PeopleSoft domain / batch issues
  • Majority of support requests related to PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft Financials, WorkForce Management, and Enterprise Testing efforts.
  • Additionally, support requests may also be related to Web Center Content (WCC), Mindbreeze, ActivePDF, Squid, OIC, Discoverer, Automation Anywhere (Robotics), & Tridion platforms.
  • Perform License Checks [procedural] (bi-annual)
  • Perform Audit Checks / Help [procedural]
  • Writing Windows & Linux scripts [opportunities]
