Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • anages indirect reports, including coaching, performance management, project staffing, individual capability development, and goal setting
  • Drives results. Pushes through barriers to identify financial and CE benefits and influence the implementation of recommendations to achieve enterprise benefits
  • Assists with or owns Liaison responsibilities, proactively networking with leaders to intake and initiate valuable engagements
  • Expands perspective of teams to consider system impacts and enables individuals to articulate IE value
  • Creates strong relationships with midlevel to senior leaders to gather detailed requirements and ensure projects are feasible, valuable, and will result in practical implementation. Uses relationship capital to resiliently challenge the status quo, gain buy-in, and increase the impact of the team.
  • Establishes themselves as a thought leader in any room, articulating points clearly regardless of audience
  • Leads the team in leveraging methodologies and emerging technologies to help Allstate transform
