Job Description

Responsibilities

Description of duties and responsibilities:
  • Work with the other Business Process Functional Teams, Application Development Teams and Technology Services Teams, as well as stakeholders and the end users, to analyze, design, develop, modify, test and implement software solutions and applications to satisfy MSA’s global business requirements in line with SAP’s Best Practice
  • Research the SAP system, using OSS, ASUG and other resources to bring innovative solutions to business requirements and implement business process improvements
  • Consult with stakeholders and end users to determine business process and application development requirements and serve as their contact throughout the project, ensuring requirements and progress are communicated accurately to key stakeholders
  • Work proactively with the business to understand its strategic direction and how to support the execution of strategies most effectively
  • Understand advanced, integrated business processes on a global scale
  • Comprehend and perform challenging configuration tasks and testing; resolve complex user reported issues in a timely manner
  • Successfully handle multiple projects, completing them on time, on budget and exceeding customer expectations
