Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Designs, documents, configures, tests, and deploys Robotic Process Automation solutions in accordance with best practice design principles and conventions
  • Implements bot control/management using control room functions
  • Ensures new automation objects and processes utilize core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
  • Complies with and helps establish RPA design and coding standards, policies, and procedures
  • Creates and documents test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases
  • Ensures quality of objects and automations by performing thorough unit testing
  • Creates and maintains solution documentation and a documentation repository
  • Analyzes and understands business processes, and supports documentation of Process Definition Documents (PDDs), as required
  • Participates in process redesign and review workshops with Process Owners, as required
  • Supports the creation of Process Definition Documents (PDDs), as required
