Responsibilities:
Support finance management in developing in-depth analysis and actionable insights; gain deep understanding into business drivers and financial levers.
Partner and collaborate directly with the Professional Services and Training business leaders; analyze and forecast key financial metrics and KPIs.
Assist in developing annual operating plans, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts
Perform ongoing analysis of actuals versus plan and/or forecast as well as industry-specific benchmarking
Develop, monitor and benchmark key performance indicators, highlighting trends and resulting implications
Analyze and highlight causes of unexpected variances; partner with the business on action plans, as needed, to manage to budgets
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
Contribute to FP&A system and operational improvement initiatives
Special projects as needed
