We manage configurations to deploy containerized applications

We manage clusters to compute on our massive datasets

We conform to security profiles, ensuring a safe environment for our data

We respond to service requests and problems in a timely manner, but are not on call 24/7

We mentor our colleagues to adopt best practices and explore new tooling in support of our mission

We compute on massive data sets of clinical oncology data

We use modern DevOps methodologies to keep our infrastructure managed, secure and safe

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage and deploy “Infrastructure as Code”
  • You will apply and share best practices around engineering and verification
  • You will design, develop, and maintain changes to CancerLinQ’s cloud-native infrastructure
  • You will help to resolve help requests from both external users and colleagues
