Top skill sets desired -

1. Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services
2. Ability to write custom scripts with popular tools (Bash, powershell, groovy, python)
3. Coding proficiency with any blend of C#, .net, java

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

* Automate all facets of building, integrating, testing, and deploying software;

* Develop and maintain the processes, practices, work products, templates and tools
necessary to execute and deliver DevOps and testing best practices such as:

o Maintain and develop scripts/tool chains for Continuous integration/continuous Delivery;

Primarily in a .NET/Azure environment, using industry standard tools and version control systems;

o Implement continuous deployment and zero-downtime releases;

o Work with infrastructure team to implement, support, and maintain an effective configuration management strategy;

o Work with infrastructure team to navigate and manage risk, compliance issues, and
audit requirements;

* Foster a culture that promotes continuous delivery and automation;

* Work with software development, service delivery, product ownership, release management coordinator, and IT infrastructure teams to help create a resilient,well-monitored, and maintainable deployment environment;

* Provide advanced support for build and deployment pipeline tools to multiple
development streams;

o Support continuous improvement and acceleration of the deployment and
value pipelines;

o Support and maintain an artifact repository to facilitate and achieve a fully
automated deployment pipeline;

* Monitor Azure costs and budgets. Provide and implement optimization and cost
control recommendations
