Job Description

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems or other relevant technical program
  • Excellent technical and documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task, manage workload, and deliver results to meet competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to understand business functionality and translate it into system and application requirements
  • Ability to create compelling business cases as a result of highly effective interview sessions
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products
  • Ability to partner with software engineers and quality analysts to identify course of resolutions
  • Strong understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and  architecture standards
  • Strong understanding of Web/mobile/e-commerce applications.
