Job Description

Job responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Develop complex Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, SOAP & REST API to support IAB s Salesforce requirements
  • Troubleshoot existing Apex classes and triggers, including those tied to custom APIs
  • Manage end-to-end implementation & maintenance of Salesforce-related projects
  • Design & implementation of Salesforce security for all the IAB platforms
  • Supervise, customize & implement Salesforce products (Salesforce CPQ and others)
  • Supervise, design, develop & implement Salesforce integrations with other systems
  • Work with third-party vendors to implement and support their products in IAB s Salesforce environments
  • Manage allocations for API requests against Salesforce governor limits in a highly customized Salesforce org
  • Mentor junior staff in best practices related to Salesforce

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • com Administrator & Developer Certification
  • 5+ years experience performing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations
  • 5+ years experience writing complex Apex code
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of staff, including key stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work calmly and effectively in stressful situations
  • Ability to gather, document and execute detailed specifications from high-level requirements with little supervision
  • Ability to succinctly communicate highly technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously
  • Strong testing skills, and the ability to direct user acceptance testing sessions with staff with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Punctual, dependable and dedicated to achieving operational excellence, down to the smallest of details
