Job Description

Responsibilities will include supporting RPA and other Innovation Projects:

a. Managing of the day to day tasks for the existing automations in development and in production by working closely with all the RPA development teams onshore and offshore.

b. Overseeing implementation process; manage RPA developers and vendors to stay within deadlines and budget

c. Coordinating all releases to production

d. Tracking all projects and enhancements in TFS

e. Coming up to speed on the RPA platform (if no prior experience)

f. Working closely with business stakeholders on new enhancement requests for assigned projects

g. Working closely with the architecture and infrastructure teams on support/maintenance/ upgrades for the Platforms used

h. Managing multiple tasks to deadlines; communicate progress at regular intervals

i. Provide system and customer support to users including escalated issue resolution

j. Develop and maintain process manuals and system documentation
