  • Design, manage, maintain, monitor and support the network infrastructure environment
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
  • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, VPNs, Wireless Controllers)
  • Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures consistent with the organization s security policies
  • Provide ongoing maintenance including updates and patches
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues including network hardware, software, operating system and application-related issues
  • Conduct performance monitoring, system health checks, trending analysis and capacity planning
  • Provide 2/3rd level operational support for issues escalated from Help Desk
  • Liaise with users, vendors and other IT personnel for project support including application implementation
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to technology installation, administration and maintenance
  • Cisco and/or Palo Alto experience a plus
  • Any experience supporting some/all of the following technologies would be considered a plus Citrix, VMware, SAN
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
