Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Member of the billing automation team working to improve our automation processes.
  • Design and implement T-SQL code to meet changing requirements after fully understanding product specific customizations
  • Production support for billing automation processes
  • Will occasionally be required to work outside of normal business hours
  • Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving Salesforce.com and Zayo IT functionality

Qualifications :

  • Junior to Intermediate SQL skills
  • Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL code development
  • Experience with data management
  • I.T. based Bachelor’s degree or 2 years SQL related experience
  • Understanding of data structures, database design
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across functional groups
  • Ability to independently perform database development, testing and documentation and engage supervisor as needed
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems
  • Experience with C# or VisualBasic.Net a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
