Responsibilities:
Develops daily/weekly summaries, details, dashboard reports and management summaries, both recurring and ad-hoc.
These are typically multi-tab interdependent Excel workbooks that must foot and cross foot.
Present findings in a professional and concise format appropriate for content and audience.
For the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, assists in the development of the:
Demand forecast - using statistical analysis to identify the key metrics to help bridge the gap between plan and forecast.
Financial models using CLV analysis to drive growth in the optimal channel.
Develops new reports on ad hoc or scheduled basis, maintains existing suite of reports, automates new reports as needed, and implements self-service tools for all lines of business
Assists in the adaptation and use of the Microsoft BI stack (primarily Power BI; however, could include information delivered via PowerPivot, DAX queries, and other vehicles).
Consistently performs quality review of data and report results; question and validate data for integrity and consistency, document report processes and logic applied in all reporting to support our data integration efforts.
Analyzes new data sources for integrity and validation with current data systems, creating documentation for data flows and structures and sources of production tables.
