<h2 class="jobdesc"><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde'; font-size: medium;">Job Description:</span></h2> <ul> <li id="jobdescSec" class="highlight-black" style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Enterprise Server Storage and Networksteam is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to lead network configuration and management efforts, integrating a new Business sector within the current established enterprise networks.</span></li> <li class="highlight-black" style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: medium;">These efforts constitute significant impact to the business on key programs.</span></li> <li class="highlight-black" style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The successful candidate will bring multiple years of in depth technical knowledge with enterprise experience with managed network equipment.&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="highlight-black" style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The incumbent willbe expected to manage multiple efforts of short and long-term duration that are of significant influence to the network, storage and server infrastructure at an Enterprise level.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <div class="highlight-black" style="text-align: left;"><br /><br /></div> <div id="jobdescSec" class="highlight-black"><span style="font-family: 'arial black', 'avant garde'; font-size: medium;">Responsibilities include:&nbsp;</span></div> <div class="highlight-black">&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li class="highlight-black" style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Planning, design and implementation of network installations in accordance with standard policies and procedures for design review, installation, maintenance, and documentation.</span></span></li> <li class="highlight-black" style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Work with the new (NGIS) Sector customer and provide support of technical analysis of project requirements, prepare design review package and execution of approved design.</span></li> <li class="highlight-black" style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Execution of corrective action to support problem resolution of infrastructure hardware and software elements to ensure availability of firewall infrastructure and components.</span></li> <li class="highlight-black" style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Interface directly with vendors at a high technical level on existing enterprise solutions and new services technical requirements/deliverables and develop technical solutions to complex problems, requiring the regular use of their ingenuity and creativity.</span></li> <li class="highlight-black" style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Represent the organization as a prime technical contact on multiple projects. Interacts with senior external personnel on various technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.</span></li> </ul> <div class="highlight-black">&nbsp;</div>
