Job Responsibilities:
Identify & record defects in Jira with detailed reproduction steps.
Prioritize tickets (new features, defects, tasks) using an established rule set.
QA open tickets
Assist with Technical Support customer escalation tickets
Run and observe/record results of automated tests (unit & acceptance)
Test on new hardware and OS betas
Coordinate beta team and builds via TestFlight
Deploy to the App Store
Run crash, and sales reports on a weekly basis
Coordinate with desktop team on compatibility and features
Occasional code review
Occasional defect/feature work
