Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product, design and engineering teams to build fully functional iOS applications and publish them to the App Store
Understand products from both a technical and business perspective
Translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions
Work with other developers and engineers to integrate back end system APIs
Support the entire application lifecycle (design, develop, test, deploy and maintain)
Provide guidance and recommendations for best practices with mobile development
Perform code reviews, assist with builds and deployment, help with overall operations
Minimum Requirements:
Experience as an iOS developer with a portfolio of released applications in the App store
Experience in Objective-C and/or Swift
Understanding of the iOS SDK and its frameworks
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and debugging skills
Preferred Skills:
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field
Experience with other programming languages
CI/CD
A personal Github account with sample projects; contributions to open source
AWS Experience
Knowledge of RESTful web services and API integration
Advanced knowledge of OOP, algorithms, data structures and design patterns
Great communication skills, particularly when explaining technical solutions
Ability to work cross functionally with many different teams
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience with memory management and caching mechanisms specific to mobile devices
Proficient writing unit/functional tests and working with test automation framework
