Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product application design, construction, systems integration and production support.
- Organize, align, lead, and evolve hardware development initiatives.
- Lead the development of technology architecture plans and implementation of changes.
- Collaborate with operations, project management, and product management teams to understand and validate hardware requirements.
- Define and refine the hardware development processes and partner with quality assurance, including standards for specifications, quality levels, implementation phases, milestones, and release procedures.
- Manage all electromechanical firmware development.
- Partner with appropriate stakeholders in continuous technical improvements.
- Create, maintain and deliver product technical trainings.
- Lead complex failure analyses to identify root causes and provide technical solutions.
