Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the development, implementation and completion of projects for Salesforce Dev team/ IT Services
  • On-going support of our systems, including bug fixing and maintenance
  • Review and reply to support cases as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with various department stakeholders
  • Develop and implement tools and interfaces to improve system efficiency and accuracy
  • Create and organize documentation of our various system workflows
  • Provide training on all new applications and functionality as part of the rollout for our key staff members

Experience :

  • solutions developer implementing customer projects: 1 year (Required)
  • coding applications with Javascript, JQuery, PHP, HTML, CSS: 1 year (Required)
  • Skuid on Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Salesforce administrator: 1 year (Required)
