Job Description
    CIM Group is looking for a SalesForce Administrator & Developer to join our team. The SalesForce Administrator / Developer will be responsible for working with various departments to ensure their Salesforce needs are being met by understanding their business processes, investigating/troubleshooting problems, and providing administrator/developer solutions. To succeed in this role, you will have a strong foundation as a Salesforce administrator with some experience as a Salesforce developer with the desire to sharpen your programmatic skill set.
 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Serve as an Administrator and Developer for the Salesforce environment in the Los Angeles office while working with remote team members.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of the development requests with the offshore team, consultants and the other onsite team members.
  • Provide and execute technical requirements to support new and existing Salesforce processes.
  • Debug technical issues, by delivering timely fixes but also working on scalable longer-term solutions.
  • Document core system processes and related applications.
  • Support and manage CIM’s CRM and ERP applications. This includes, but is not limited to, design, testing, implementation, documentation, user training/support and maintenance of new and existing applications.
  • Perform/monitor user permissions for applications.

RESPONSIBILITY :

  • Responsible for vendor management including, but not limited to, evaluation, selection, oversight of work deliverables, budget and expense management.
