Job Description

JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule and facilitate all project meetings, identify project team and responsibilities, and serve as a single point of contact for projects.
  • Communicate project objectives and scope, oversee development, testing, and implementation.
  • Actively manage the work efforts of multiple functional resources through the project plan.
  • Maintain, monitor, and actively report project status to all project stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with project stakeholders, team members, peers, managers, customer, vendors, and other affected departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Conform with all corporate policies and procedures.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Ability to analyze business processes and how they interface within the company infrastructure.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to work well with others in teams and collaborative work situations.
  • Srong business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to partner with leadership to promote and sustain project management best practices and educate the broader organization.
