Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • As a Workday Core Consultant, you will lead for all Workday upgrades, improvements, implementations, and releases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, conduct testing, and ensure successful release and adoption
  • Leverage your continuous improvement and innovative mindset to identify, recommend and improve current integrations and processes
  • Design and support new and existing integrations in Workday including, CCB, PECI, EIB and Studio integrations
  • Experience with advanced and matrix reporting, worksheets, and dashboard configuration
  • Support security and compliance efforts, maintaining security guidelines to support our HR business model and in alignment with audit requirements (SOC and SOX)
  • Provide subject matter expertise around optimizing and streamlining the HRIS eco-system through integrations
  • Participate in HRIS integrations projects from start to finish while understanding business needs, system requirements and manage the projects to achieve target scope and delivery deadline
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to gain deep understanding of process and pain points
  • Lead and/or participate in change management efforts for business-critical Workday processes and to make Workday the primary system of record for all employee data globally
  • Perform analysis of existing business processes, technical design, identify and evaluate possible re-configuration/solutions in response to business issues and challenges
  • Execute daily maintenance activities including but not limited to role assignments, security audits, organization set, etc.
