Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HRIS analyst/SME on the Workday, perform administrative functions including security maintenance, business process administration, management of tenant master data, data loads, integrations and upgrades.
  • Research system issues, partner with EPX and other required parties to obtain root cause analyses, implement appropriate solutions, and determine necessary actions and communication requirements.
  • Upload documents/notifications/ Edit Candidate Portals to ensure tasks stay up to date and Coordinate with vendor to facilitate New Hire Documentation changes and provide day-to-day operational support.
  • Identifies options for potential improvements and assesses them for both technical and business suitability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Maintain working functional knowledge of HR and HR systems across multiple functional areas and teams, driving community collaboration and a commitment to a great support service experience.
  • Provide support for Workday including identifying, researching and resolving issues and understanding the root cause via assigned HR Cases in Case Management Tool (ServiceNow). Identify trends in order to improve processes and configuration.
  • Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company s internal/external audit controls and compliance practices
  • Workday HCM experience; global experience preferred
