Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, development, implementation, & maintenance of the new SharePoint App.
  • Enhance current RFP tracking database within SharePoint & improve workflow & reporting functionalities
  • Ensure application solution design conforms to agreed-upon quality attributes such as as performance, workflows, etc.
  • Design with low coding, configure, unit tests, maintain, & document software deliverables using agreed upon standards & tools
  • Ensure that solutions delivered by self or team members are secure & scalable, comply with defined standards & best practices
  • Engage in communication & collaboration with key stakeholders in the delivery of features
  • Maintain the quality of existing & new features through both manual & automated testing & use of Continuous Integration techniques

Required Skills

  • 3+ years development exp. with O365 SharePoint & utilizing all tools within O365, Visual Studio Team Services is required, .net development experience & Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Takes a logical, analytical approach to problem solving & strong attention to detail
  • Strong exp of test-driven development (TDD) & unit testing, leveraging automation toolsets
  • An innovative approach to problem solving
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills; exp. leading groups of people through discussions, technical or otherwise
  • Strong team player; work effectively within a business team & people from a variety of backgrounds & areas across the organization
