Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Leads and manages complex Workday projects including configuration and implementation in one or more of the following areas: Integrations, Security, Business Process Management, and/or Analytics and Dashboards.
  • Manages various integrations within the organization. Deep understanding of Workday delivered connectors and the ability to troubleshoot issues with the delivered connectors is key.
  • Audit, generate and support mass EIB loads into Workday.
  • Create, maintain, and schedule notifications and reports, including the creation of calculated fields, notifications, and alerts as requested across the organization.
  • Develop Integration solutions utilizing Workday studio, core connectors, BIRT and XSLTs
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Partner closely with HR Process Excellence/Shared Services team, IT teams, and other cross-functional teams to understand system end-user needs to translate into system requirements and documentation of those requirements and solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Integrations experience required. Experience with interface development using Workday Studio, Cloud connect, API s, Web Services and Rest URLs is required.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining EIBs and XSLT transformations
  • Strong sense of urgency and stakeholder service to personas across functions, providing immediate response with potential timelines for resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to work, manage, and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Sound understanding of Workday concepts such as Organizations (Supervisory, Location, Company, Cost Center, Business Units, etc), hierarchies, staffing model, and business processes.
  • Project Management experience strongly preferred.
