Are you an experienced Senior Cisco Network Engineer but bored with just babysitting your existing network infrastructure? Looking for a challenging where you can really use your expertise and know how to fix problems and build resiliency and standardization into a large corporate network environment that spans North American and abroad? We are looking for a Principle Cisco Network Engineer that is a SME on all things Cisco and networking related and will be the go to person for all things network in our organization. We have many locations throughout North America with our HQ here in Alpharetta where you will be based. You will be responsible for Cisco Routers and Switches and all things network related from our HQ to various office and manufacturing plant locations. We are looking for someone that would consider themselves expert or near expert level with Cisco networking equipment and have good experience with technologies like F5 Load Balancers and the like. We would prefer you have some Cisco certifications but the main thing is that you know how to troubleshoot and improve a network (without having to call Cisco every time). We have a Level 1/2 operation overseas so you will work with this team on resolving operational issues as well as leading key networking related projects. There will be occasionaltravel to our other sites in the US but this will typically be planned and minimal. We have a new management team and are looking for someone that really can make a difference.
