Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the business to develop architecture strategy that aligns with the business roadmap
  • Provides technical and data driven solutions for current and future business needs
  • Hands on experience in trouble shooting a problem and should be able to identify if its data related or functionality related
  • Subject matter expertise in assisting development work teams in developing and troubleshooting application changes that interface with system architecture
  • Conceives and communicates technical architecture direction to all levels of management and project teams

Required:

  • Hands on experience with SAP CRM data management architecture. Mainly w.r.t SAP CRM, Internet Sales, Master data management
  • Should be able to evaluate applications, systems, and infrastructure landscape and be able to make recommendations for continuous improvements
  • Should be able to define and plan the release roadmap
  • Should have experience handling a complex global infrastructure eCommerce projects and hands on experience dealing with data discrepancies across integrated systems
  • SAP CRM, SAP ECC and SAP SD module experience is desirable
