Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with payroll related reporting
  • Optimize, enhance, and partner with Workday Payroll and Compensation Application Managers to ensure data integrity for the Workday applications
  • Work closely with various other functional areas to support the roadmap for various Workday modules
  • Develops and maintains system documentation
  • Reviews analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs
  • Participate in all testing and quality assurance processes
  • Work with a team that provides an expert level of support for the application in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Create and administer a standard process for identifying changes which impact systems

Skills

  • 2+ years of configuration experience in Workday Payroll and Compensation modules
  • Experience working with functional HRIS and Payroll teams in the development and implementation of technical solutions that enhance efficiencies and performance
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills with the ability to function and lead in a highly collaborative, team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong dedication to quality and customer service
  • Can multi-task and prioritize projects, manage time, and practice detail-oriented organizational skills and manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience
