Job Description

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years' practical experience with business intelligence analysis, ETL, data processing, data programming and data analytics
  • 2+ years hands on experience in Machine Learning or advance analytics
  • MS in Computer Science / Statistics or equivalent combination of skills, experience and education
  • Proven experience working on multiple banking projects involving programming and building predictive models using R or Python
  • Experience building and deploying machine learning algorithms such as Random Forest, Gradient Boosting and Neural Networks into production
  • Background in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
  • Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Understanding of Dimensional Modelling concepts
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
