Responsibilities:

  • Supports Operations Organization in all aspects of backlog execution with Ontime delivery being the key driver.
  • Assists in developing and reporting of key metrics for the Planning Organization.
  • Design reporting tools, interpret and present data and develop appropriate actions to support Painted Post Operations goals and objectives.
  • Ensures proper completion of all projects and deliverables
  • Interfaces with ISA s, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing regarding execution of backlog.
  • Be assigned Planner Codes for execution as experience allows.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • A minimum of an Associate degree
  • A minimum of 5 years professional work experience.
  • The willingness and ability to travel up to 10% in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position
  • Proactive proven planning skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work in a Team Environment
  • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook and HIGH demonstrated proficiency with Excel.
  • The willingness and ability to learn and utilize computer software programs such as Microsoft Project and Oracle / SAP

Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related fields a plus
  • External Client interaction skills is a plus
  • Planning experience a plus
