Job Description:

  • Work closely and collaboratively with Project Manager and client Technical Leads to ensure mutual understanding of project goals and priorities.
  • Take part in requirement gathering session with the business team
  • Create instruction documents for business use.
  • Testing of application forms/workflows and reports.
  • Collaborating with internal developers and business analysts to identify requirements and test their functionality.
  • Assist in defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
  • Document meeting discussions/decisions and action items; drive follow-up to ensure action item management and completion.
  • Troubleshoot and communicate application related issues.
  • Reporting and documenting technical issues.
  • Communicating effectively with developers.
  • Help the development team with the maintenance of Accela forms and reports (if necessary).
