Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee the execution of quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures, designed to improve the quality of the software development lifecycle.
  • Perform functional, integration, install, compatibility, regression, and performance testing as needed to deliver quality products to our clients.
  • Create and maintain supporting documentation for software development lifecycle.
  • Plan and deliver testing by reading specifications and gathering use cases from internal business partners, create test matrices, write and execute test plans, set-up test data, define test cases and develop test scripts.
  • Understanding product functionality, data content, and system architecture of the product being tested
  • Understanding the customer and how the product will be used by that customer
  • Executing defined testing scope within an established testing window
