Description:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Pega platform
  • CSSA certification is mandatory. CLSA certification is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Pega Customer Service framework
  • Excellent knowledge on Pega PRPC 7+ features.
  • Strong understanding in Pega rules management, class hierarchy, data model, process flows and UI rules.
  • Strong understanding of Pega reports and BIX
  • Strong understanding in Pega security model with access groups, access roles and external authentication with SAML
  • Strong understanding Pega Guardrails, coding standards, scalability and reusable aspects
  • Experience in Pega integration with REST, SOAP services, Email and MQ messages
  • Experience in Pega Call integrations
  • Experience in Pega Sales Automation framework on implementation of Leads and Opportunities.
  • Experience in Pega deployment related activities such export, import products, skimming and branch ruleset development
