Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • 5+ years project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodology and tools including software
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and processes and PC desktop applications.
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and results oriented
  • Must be self-motivated with a high level of initiative
  • Must be able to effectively manage and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • External & Internal client experience required
  • Business acumen combined with technical background
  • Financial services industry experience a plus
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Must work on US Time Zones (nearshore)
  • Must have ability to travel within US and Canada
Pluses:
  • Familiarity or prior use of Experian Decisioning Software/ or competitors
  • PMP/CMMI/Six Sigma or certifications of related project methodology
  • Ability to interact with Executive and Sr Management at all levels
