Minimal Job Skills Experience:

• 8+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development (on premise)
• 7+ years' experience with .Net, C#, REST, XML, JavaScript, HTML 
• 6+ years with SQL Server (2017, 2016, 2012, 2008)
• 5+ years with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS ETL)
• 5+ years with Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) 

• Solid experience with data integration and problem solving 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must have an solid understanding of business processes and system interdependencies
• Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English both written & verbal
• Proficient with understanding business requirements and in some cases act as a BA
• Promote and demonstrate effective teamwork in an Agile team setting
• Must be results-oriented and able to manage time appropriately in order to meet assigned goals
• Ability to analyze and estimate system requirements, develop alternatives, and implement solutions
• Must have an solid understanding of computer systems including hardware, operating systems, programming languages
• Candidate must demonstrate sounds principles with software architecture, design, implementation and support for RASP (Reliable, Available, Secure and highly Performing) solutions
• Candidate must have deep skills in multiple areas including systems architecture and design, cube development, and problem solving
• Candidate must demonstrate secure coding practices
• Candidate must demonstrate the ability to interpret requirements into design implementation and code effectively


Other
• Education - Bachelor (BS) or Master (MS) degree in Engineering or Computer Science required
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI a plus
