Job Description: 

Service Portal Developer is responsible for the successful design and delivery of modern responsive service management portals on the ServiceNow platform. We are looking for a developer who lives and breathes technology and is looking to work in an environment where creativity is encouraged, and ideas are rewarded. Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a scrum master working in technology delivery Agile teams and an understanding of basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.

  • 3+ years working in an IT environment.

  • Experience successfully delivering solutions on an aggressive schedule.

  • Hands on experience with agile methodologies.

  • Must be able to ensure that Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to and applied.

  • Experience working in a multi-team environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other ServiceNow developers/SCRUM teams

  • 3+ years ServiceNow development

  • ServiceNow Admin Certification

  • Scripting experience, JavaScript/Glide

  • Implement dynamic and responsive Service Portal and end-user interfaces on the ServiceNow Platform

  • Build custom widgets as necessary to meet customer needs

  • Facilitate and support the development and testing phases

  • Assists with gap analyses highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition

  • Establishes credibility at all levels with clients and builds problem-solving partnerships with clients and colleagues
