Job Description:

The successful candidate will be a key subject matter expert for SharePoint development on SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online. This would include the modernization of existing custom capabilities, tooling to support migrations and assistance with migration related issues. There will also be a requirement to engage with internal customers to develop new solutions. 

Role Detail:
This SharePoint developer role would engage in the following
Work with internal clients on new bespoke solution engagements
Develop new or migrate existing applications to SharePoint 2016
Modernize existing capabilities to provision new sites, manage site lifecycle, ensure compliance etc.
Develop solutions to assist with migration planning & reporting
Assist customers with more complex migration related issues
Engage with the support organization to ensure a smooth migration process


Required Skills:
Deep developer knowledge on the capabilities of SharePoint Server 2010, 2016 and SharePoint Online
Client-Side frameworks to develop solutions for SharePoint Online & OnPrem
Full Trust solution development for server side customization
Experience in modern JavaScript framework ( Angular, Angular JS or others)
Strong knowledge of the latest standards and techniques of HTML and CSS
Experience using REST API, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS , Experience with Sass or LESS will also have added advantages
Advanced skills managing SharePoint server using PowerShell.
Automation and orchestration experience consuming existing API's and providing service to others
Content migration across releases and to the cloud.
