Desireable Skills (but not Mandatory):

RUP Experience -Integration design pattern knowledge -General EAI or BPM Experience -Java Certification -Strong XSL experience -Blaze Business Rules -Exstream PDF Generation -Strong Javascript experience -WebSphere Experience -Insurance Industry Experience. We are seeking TIBCO Developers to work on the Customer Experience Program. The developer will be responsible for participating in the design, development, testing and implementation of BusinessWorks and/or iProcess applications. Initially, the developer will focus on working within a team to document requirements and use cases. After that, they will participate in the design, development, testing and implementation of the software. The developer must have exceptional communication skills with a strong knowledge of modern software development (i.e. Component Based Development, Service Oriented Architecture, etc.). Requirements: Critical Skills: -3+ yrs of TIBCO experience -Excellent knowledge of either TIBCO BusinessWorks or TIBCO iProcess -Strong OOD skills and ability to communicate OO concepts -Extensive knowledge of J2EE architectures -5+ years of industry experience in technology. -Exceptional hands-on java skills -Experience working on multiple large enterprise projects as a java developer -J2EE design pattern knowledge
