Job Description

Key Activities :

    • Root cause analysis of data integrity issues
    • Proficiency with application and business requirements testing
    • Recommend process improvements and coordinate operational support for managing HR, Benefits and Payroll data interfaces
    • Support benefits business processes by understanding all aspects of Corporate and divisional policies, plan rules and provisions, work flow and technology
    • Define and document business processes and functional requirements
    • Cultivate and maintain successful relationships with clients within Corporate and divisions nationwide, vendors and IT team members
    • Application test development and execution

Experience/Skills Required

    • 3+ years experience supporting HR, Payroll and Benefits applications
    • 3+ years experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle or other HRMS
    • Proven ability to recognize, resolve and contract resolution of benefits and/or payroll related discrepancies
    • Skilled in requirements gathering and functional business requirements development
    • Experience in system development testing and execution
    • Knowledge of logical database design
    • Possess multi-tasking skills to adapt to an ever-changing environment
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability in application troubleshooting and problem resolution.
