Job Description

* Codes components of significant complexity based upon the assigned technical design. 


* Develops common operations, which can be reused. 


* Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business. 


* Specializes in a specific development platform with awareness of impact on surrounding platforms. 


* Devises data verification and quality methods and standard systems procedures that will be used to support data warehouse and business intelligence platforms. 


* Performs production support activities. 


* Produces required system documentation for all assignments. 


* Interacts with the DBA and Data and Business Analysts to create data delivery solutions according to requirements. 


* Developing T-SQL Stored Procedures, SSAS Tabular, analytical cubes / OLAP, and Visualization solutions. 


* Develops Extract - Load Transform processes for flat files, integration work, loading of fact and dimension tables with assignment of surrogate keys. 


* Develop integrations using SSIS, APIs, CData tools. 


* Participates in and contributes to technical requirements, operational support documentation, and design work. 


* Creates database tables, edits tables, and provides database reporting and maintenance.
