UCI Client is looking for a Asset Management Analyst to work for our client at 2 Broadway in NYC 

Perform analysis of the Information Technology asset management database. Analyze department inventories; review and refine existing processes and procedures, research new part/model information; write reports for scheduled distribution; and analyze maintenance costs. Track computer-related assets. Evaluate, define, recommend, and implement new asset management systems and modules. 

Additional Skills and Information: 

Evaluation of ServiceNow requests/tasks and assigning tasks to the appropriate team member 

Assisting with backlog of requests to ensure customers are contacted with status information and tickets are updated appropriately 

Communicating with customers daily to obtain additional information 

Ensuring proper approvals are obtained (management/IT Standards) to proceed with non-standard requests 

Research of items requested by customers to ensure most cost-effective solution is provided 

Daily compilation of items to be purchased and informing management of such
