  • Proficient in Data Migration from sources like MS Access, SQL server, Text Files, Excel to SQL server 2008/2012 using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Good experience in writing MDX queries while creating and customizing Cubes using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) 2008/2012
  • Experience in working with SSAS in creating cubes, data source views, named queries, dimensions and deploying of analysis services projects.
  • Experience in creating complex stored procedures in SQL Server and User Define scalar Functions in SSIS packages and SQL scripts.
  • Experience in Design and implement of Data Integration and ETL processes with SSIS packages to make data available for reporting purpose within a data warehouse.
  • Experience in SSAS storage and partitions, and Aggregations, calculation of queries with MDX, Data Mining Models, developing reports using MDX and SQL.
  • Experience in Design and develop of SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) databases and OLAP cubes used in ad-hoc analytic research and automated reporting.
  • SSIS to create ETL packages to validate, extract, transform and load data to data warehouse databases, data mart databases.
  • SQL Server programming skills.
  • Performance tuning of Stored Procedures and T-SQL Queries.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organization and be able to devise the technical solution as it relates to the business & technical requirements
  • Should be capable of working independently
  • Maintain documentation for all processes implemented
  • Adhere to and suggest improvements to coding standards, best practices, and contribute to the improvement of these best practices
  • Knowledge on .net and Azure is plus.
